Formatting the Repository report
In the repository report, some lines are colored. These indicate products where
the license has expired or where the number of installed machines exceeds the
number of licenses.
Follow these steps to change the line formatting of the Repository report:
1. Right-click the report area, and then click Format.
2. You can only adjust the appearance of settings for non-standard machine
A filtered report appears.
You can right-click in the report area to access additional functions such
as print the report or save it as an .RTF file, which can be edited with
Microsoft Word.

items. Make your changes:
• Click Set Color to select a different text color.
• Select a different font in the Font list.
• Select a different font size in the Size list.
• Click Reset to reestablish the default format settings.
• Select the Make these the default settings for all reports of this
type checkbox, if you want your changes to apply to future reports.
