Using the Alert Manager

Sending an alert as an audible .WAV file

Alert Manager can use .WAV files to sound an audible alert on your system
when your anti-virus software detects a virus or when other alerts are
generated.
Follow these steps to send an alert as an audible .WAV file:
1. Open the Alert Manager Properties dialog box.
2. Click the Sound tab. The Sound page appears
3. Click the Enable Audible Alerts checkbox.
4. In the box provided, enter the name of the sound file you want Alert

file must have a .WAV extension. You can enter the file name in
Universal Naming Convention (UNC) notation
\\server_name\directory_name\file_name
or click Browse to locate the file on your computer.
