To use the OPTIset IEGM Sensitivities tool:
1. If necessary, initiate a link with OPTIMIZER Smart Mini IPG
a. Place (or replace, if necessary) the Intelio Programming Wand over the OPTIMIZER
Smart Mini IPG implant site
b. Tap the Start OPTIlink button on the OPTIlink Session Pane
2. Tap the Follow-up button on the Menu Bar
3. Select the CCM Setting tab
4. On the CCM Setting panel, tap the OPTIset IEGM Sensitivities button
5. The Acquisition Time window will appear.
The Acquisition Time parameter allows the user to adjust the time allotted to OPTIset to
analyze the patient's IEGM and determine the best settings for each parameter.
6. If desired, adjust the Acquisition Time
a. Tap the Acquisition Time parameter
b. When the pull-down menu appears, select the desired Acquisition Time from the list
of choices
7. Tap the Accept button
When the OPTIset: IEGM SENSITIVITIES window appears, the analysis will begin
automatically. When the analysis is done, the buttons at the bottom right of the screen will
become enabled (turn blue).
8. Tap the Propose button
If the analysis was successful, a green checkmark will be shown along with a message
indicating that the OPTIset proposal of sensitivities is complete. If any proposed parameter
value is different from the currently programmed value, it will be shown in blue.
Note: The proposed parameter values can be modified by tapping on the specific parameter
and choosing a new value.
Note: If OPTIset cannot successfully find a set of proposed values, tap the Repeat
Acquisition button to repeat the analysis. If OPTIset still cannot successfully find a set of
proposed values after the second attempt, tap the Accept & Exit Optiset button to close the
OPTIset application and set the IEGM Sensitivity parameters on the Sensitivity panel
manually.
9. Tap the Accept & Continue to Optiset Timing button.
