Battery
The Battery tab displays the following battery information:
•
Estimated capacity: Shows the current estimated charge
capacity of the battery in the OPTIMIZER Smart Mini IPG
•
Battery bar: Shows the current voltage of the battery in the
OPTIMIZER Smart Mini IPG
•
Discharges: Indicates the number of discharge episodes
experienced by the battery in the OPTIMIZER Smart Mini IPG

Special Modes (for expert use only)
The Special Modes tab has the following modes that are enabled only
after entering the correct passcode.
•
Medical Procedure: When initiated, this mode turns OFF all
CCM therapies
Start: Starts Medical Procedure Mode

Stop: Stops Medical Procedure Mode
o

Lead Depolarization: Electronically connects the V1 and V2
electrodes together to dissipate accumulated charge.
Lead Depolarization Time: Sets the length of time the V1
o
and V2 electrodes are connected together
Start: Starts Lead Depolarization
o
Stop: Stops Lead Depolarization
o
•
IPG Reset: Resets the IPG's microcontrollers and programs all
parameter values to their nominal settings.
•
Battery: Temporarily disconnects the OPTIMIZER Smart Mini
IPG's battery from its internal circuitry.
