To resolve a parameter warning, new values must be selected for the parameters
causing the issue. Resolving the parameter warning may be rapidly achieved by
performing the following:
1. Viewing the list of available values for the parameter(s) violating the

Programming
3.4.1
Programming the OPTIMIZER Smart Mini IPG
Programming the OPTIMIZER Smart Mini IPG with the modified parameter values is
allowed only if no parameter conflict occurs.
The Program button will indicate whether a modified parameter value is allowed in the
following manner:
Disabled, if there is a parameter conflict,
Blinking amber, if parameter values have been modified, and there is no
parameter conflict.
To program the modified parameter values:
1. Tap the Program button on the Programming Buttons Pane
If the programming is successful, the Program button will change from blinking amber to
blue, and the modified parameter values on the Optimizer Smart Mini Programmer
application screen will become black, indicating that they are now the programmed
parameter values of the OPTIMIZER Smart Mini IPG.
3.4.2
Cancel and Undo Commands
The Optimizer Smart Mini Programmer application has two separate commands for
resetting modified parameter values to the previous values.
3.4.2.1
If any parameter values have been modified but not yet programmed into the
OPTIMIZER Smart Mini IPG (Program button is blinking amber), the Cancel
command will reset the modified parameter values to the last set of interrogated /
programmed values.
To cancel modifications:
1. Tap the Cancel button on the Programming Buttons Pane
Please note that after executing a Cancel command, the parameter values
displayed on the Optimizer Smart Mini Programmer application screens are all
shown in black, since they are the parameter values currently programmed into
the OPTIMIZER Smart Mini IPG. If an OPTIMIZER Smart Mini IPG is not linked
with the programmer and parameter data were loaded from a standard (.mips
file), the parameter values displayed are the values stored in the standard file.
3.4.2.2
If the OPTIMIZER Smart Mini IPG has been programmed with a new set of
parameter values, the Undo command resets the parameter values to the
previous set of programmed values.
To undo the most recent programming:
1. Tap the Undo button on the Programming Buttons Pane
logical condition and selecting a new "blue" parameter value for each
parameter setting.
