Supported Printer Drivers

When Windows Terminal Service is operating
• PCL5c
• PostScript 3
Note
The RPCS printer driver is not supported.
Some RPCS printer driver functions do not
work if Windows Terminal Service is installed,
even if it is not operating.
Operating Instructions

Limitation

The following restrictions apply in the Windows
Terminal Service environment.
These restrictions are due to the way Windows
Terminal Service or MetaFrame works.
Administrator Reference
When printing (Windows Terminal Service)
When printing a file containing a large
number of bitmap images or fonts, some im-
ages or font settings may be lost. We strongly
recommend testing this function under your
network environment before applying it to ac-
tual jobs.
