The picture
came out
completely
white.
There is a lot of
'noise' in the
image.
I can't rotate
images, protect
images, specify
DPOF settings
or format the
memory card.
When I connect
the camera to
my computer, no
[Removable
disk], [untitled]
or [NO_NAME]
icon appears.
I cannot connect
to the printer.

Cause
The image is overexposed.
Noise is more likely to occur
if high ISO settings are used.
The SD memory card is
write-protected.
The USB cable is not
connected properly.
The USB cable is connected
to the keyboard or to the
USB port on a USB hub.
The drivers are not installed,
or installation failed.
The printer does not support
PictBridge.
The printer is not connected
correctly.
Movies cannot be printed.
You cannot use DPOF
printing if the printer does not
support DPOF printing.

Playback
Set the exposure compensation
to a negative value, or execute
mode reset.
Use the flash or reduce the ISO
sensitivity before shooting.
Remove the write-protection for
the card.
Make sure that the USB cable is
securely connected.
Plug the USB cable into the USB
port on the PC.
Follow the procedure described
in Deleting the Device (Windows
98 and Windows 98SE only).
Refer to the instructions
provided with the printer.
Check that the camera is
correctly connected to the
printer with the USB cable.
