Verify that all necessary installation hardware is available.
RECEIVING & INSPECTION
Once the checklist items are completed, the required hardware is available, and
the shipment is received, the next steps are to unpack the system from the
shipping container, inspect the packaging and contents for any damage, and
verify all necessary components are included in the shipment.
Unpacking & Inspecting the Shipping Container
The following image illustrates the typical container used to ship the
VSS2249RQ Storage Server. The container style may vary depending on
availability and customer needs.
