Wrap Test

Power on and log on the operator console. Logon procedures are documented in
the 3745 Basic Operations Guide.

Press the following keys:
To select the wrap test function.
The next screen is displayed:

Only option 2 can be selected to perform the wrap test on HSS lines ..

1. Have all the lines of the L1C deactivated from the host.
2. Enter the address of the line you want to test.
3. Press SEND to start the wrap test.
4. After about 30 seconds, the wrap test ends, and one of the following
messages is displayed:
WRAP TEST COMPLETED, THE LlC IS FAULTY.
Replace the faulty L1C. You can refer to the 3745 Connection and
Integration Guide to locate the L1C.
WRAP TEST COMPLETED, THE LlC IS OK.
