3 - Abend happening after a load from the host
It is assumed that for any reason:
1. NCP2 has been deactivated.
2. Using a VTAM* command:
'V NET,ACT, ...... LOAO=YES,LOAOFROM=HOST, ...... ',
NCP3 has been loaded from the host to the remote CCU and saved on the
remote hard disk through a switched/nonswitched SOLC, or a nonswitched
X.21 link.

After NCP3 abend
If the NCP3 fails or a hardcheck occurs:
