• Re-IML MOSS from disk at the control panel.
- If unsuccessful:

• Perform disk file error recovery procedures:
Re-IML in diskette mode (the next IPL will be performed from the diskette).
If the problem persists:

and give reference code and control panel hex code.

• Check that the diskette is correctly mounted.
• Check that the diskette latch is correctly set.
• If all the above are correct, re-IML MOSS in diskette mode.
