The clear key is

a typing error is entered, several things
can happen. The screen could clear, or
the information could be partially
displayed and the messpge not
readable.
None of the preceding cases applies.

IML MOSS: Refer to the 3745 Basic
Operation Guide. If the problem
persists after IML of the MOSS:
• Check that the console operating
characteristics have not been
modified. Refer to the 3745
Connection and Integration Guide
and to the 3745 Console Setup
Guide. Make sure that the console
cable is correctly plugged in. If not,
plug it in correct1y and IML the
MOSS from the control panel.
• If you cannot so!ve the problem,
perform a console link test (see
Chapter 17).
