determination.

Half-duplex lines:

Check the OTE-to-DGE cable connection.
RTS ON and

Check if the DeE is powered ON and correctly
RFS OFF connected or configured.
Point-to-point: Check -data transmission. Press F8.

Multipoint:
Check the local DCE, the link, or the remote site (network problem).
