Power on and log on at the operator console. Refer to the 3745 Basic Operations
Guide. This screen is displayed:

Check if there is an alarm related to your problem.
• If there is an alarm related to your problem, perform the action required for
that alarm (see Chapter 1).
• If there is neither alarm nor reference code related to your problem:
- If it seems the traffic slows down on all lines linked to a scanner,
