0: return data for all installed drives
1 through 4: return data for the specified drive.

The addresses may be any combination of storage locations, tape drives or the entry/exit
port. The addresses defined for cartridge movement are dictated by mode parameters.
The production defaults are included here.
0: entry/exit door
1... S: storage elements, where S is equal to the number of slots
79: gripper arm
79 + D: tape drives, where D is the number of the drive that corresponds to the drive

M 80, 81: Move cartridge from drive #1 to drive #2.
