Element List Descriptor Format

Field Definitions

Number of Elements (Bytes 02 - 03)
This is the Number of Elements to be reserved. If the value of this field is 0, all elements
starting at Element Address (Bytes 04 and 05) through the last address, which follows the
starting address, are reserved.
Element Address (Bytes 04 - 05)
This is the address of the element or the starting address of a series of elements to be
reserved.
