Auto (Byte 02, bit 2)
This bit controls the Automatic Reading of barcode labels if a barcode reader is installed.
Cartridges are automatically scanned. If this bit is 0, the barcode is not automatically
read. For a detailed description, see
on page 45.
ChkSum (Byte 02, bit 1)
This field enables or disables barcode checksum verification. If this bit is 1, barcodes are
checksum-verified as they are scanned. If a checksum mismatch is encountered, the
barcode information is assumed invalid and not stored in the library's inventory. This bit
must be disabled (ChkSum = 0) if the 4mm barcode labels do not have checksums
embedded in their barcode information.
EBarCo (Byte 02, bit 0)
This field enables/disables the barcode reader. If this bit is 1, the barcode reader is
enabled. A bit of 0 disables the barcode reader.
Queued Unload (Byte 03, bits 7-0)
If this byte is 0, the library's queued unload function is disabled. If this byte is non-zero,
the library's queued unload function is enabled.
Lock Touch Screen (Byte 04, bits 7-0)
If this bit is 0, all library touch screens are unlocked. If this bit is non-zero, all library
touch screens are locked.
Unlock Door
If this bit is 1, the door will still function when the touch screen is locked.
