NTP Timing Source Configuration

The configuration of an NTP timing source is divided in two parts. The first panel
provides the configuration shared by all the NTP timing sources:

NTP Passive Timing Source: Due to its poor performance NTP
timing sources are always forced to be "Passive Only". However,
adding them to the configuration will provide a more robust solution
as they can be used to cross-validate the active timing source.
