5. Click Show Advanced
6. Choose the Polycom ReadiManager LX100 template (VideoMeeting).
7. Click Replace.
8. When asked to confirm the replacement, click Yes.
Administrators can add the VideoMeeting template to a user's calendar when they
register the person from the server, and can replace existing users' mail and calendar
database design with the VideoMeeting template.
To specify the VideoMeeting template when registering a user
1. Run Domino Administrator.
2. Select the People & Groups tab.
3. Select the Domino Server and select People.
4. Click Tools, and on the People toolbar, select Register.
5. If prompted, enter your password.
6. Click the Advanced
7. Choose the Mail tab on the left.
8. Under Mail file template, choose the Polycom ReadiManager LX100 template
(VideoMeeting).
You can also choose the user's mail/calendar database access at this point under
Mail file owner access.
