You can uninstall the Polycom Video Conferencing Component from Lotus Notes by
using the Add or Remove Programs Control panel in Windows.
Note:
Before you uninstall the component, be sure to make the following changes to the
Lotus Notes database:
If you have changed any database (including user's mail databases) to use the
VideoMeeting Template, you must reverse the changes before uninstalling
Polycom ReadiManager LX100 Lotus. Follow similar steps to the ones described
under
Replacing a User's Mail and Calendar Database Design with the
VideoMeeting Template
instead of the VideoMeeting template.
If you changed the VideoMeeting Template to look like the standard mail template,
you must first change the master template name of the VideoMeeting Template
(database properties) back to 'VideoMeeting' in Database Properties, and then go
to the mail6.ntf database properties and set the master template name back to
'StdR6Mail'.
Before Polycom ReadiManager LX100 can be used to create Videoconferences in
Lotus Notes, the Polycom Video Conferencing Lotus Notes component must be
installed, and a Lotus Notes database must be associated with the VideoMeeting
template.
If you have not yet installed the Polycom ReadiManager LX100 Component for Lotus
Notes, see

You can create a separate Polycom ReadiManager LX100 Calendar database, stored
on the local PC, or you can modify your current calendar/mail database to use the
