Installing the Polycom Video Conferencing
Lotus Notes Component

Requirements: Polycom ReadiManager LX100 works with Lotus Notes version 6.0.3
or later. 35 MB disk space is required for the installation.
The Polycom ReadiManager LX100 component used with Lotus Notes is available from
your Polycom ReadiManager LX100 application web page.
To download the Polycom Video Conferencing Lotus Notes client component
1. Log on to the Polycom ReadiManager LX100 application as you normally would
through a web browser.
2. From the menu bar, choose

4. Save the program to your computer.
To install the Polycom Video Conferencing Lotus Notes component
1. Make sure Lotus Notes is closed.
2. Locate the file PCSLotusNotes.exe you just saved on your computer and
double-click it to start the installation process.
3. Follow the prompts on the screen from the install wizard to complete the
installation.
