Opening a Calendar View of Your Video Conferencing Database
A Video menu now
appears at the top of the
calendar.

If necessary, open your Video Conferencing database.
If you just created this database, it is already open.
If you need to open the database, choose
Database dialog box, select your video conferencing database and click Open.

Click the Arrow next to the Mail icon and select
The Calendar view appears.
You are now ready to schedule video conferences through Lotus Notes. For
details about scheduling a conference, see
page 4.
