Change the template name to VideoMeeting.

Click the Close box to close the dialog.
10. Open the database (double click on it).

File > Database > Refresh
12. Under Server, select your server.
13. Click Replace.
14. When asked to confirm, click Yes.
To assign the VideoMeeting template to the Standard Mail Template for all
users

Be careful when using this procedure. It will effect the mail database for all users.

Open Administrator.

Right-click the standard mail template

Click the Design tab (T-Square).

VideoMeeting Template. (Designs are refreshed by opening the database and

The Polycom ReadiManager LX100 component uses ActiveX controls. As a result,
when you use Polycom ReadiManager LX100 features to create and manage video
conferences, Lotus Notes may display Security Alerts.
Users can minimize the display of these notices by following the steps below.
Administrators can also sign the Polycom database to minimize these messages. For
