If you want to keep videoconferences on a separate calendar from your main Lotus
Notes Calendar, start by creating a new database.
Once this database has been created, you can either open the database each time you
start Lotus Notes, or you can create a Welcome page that automatically opens it for you
when you start Lotus Notes.
To create a new database
1. Start Lotus Notes.
2. Choose File > Database > New.
3. In the New Database dialog:
a. In the Title field, enter a title. (This automatically populates the File Name field.)
b. Check the box
c. In the Template list, select the VideoMeeting template.
d. Click OK.
