Adding Polycom Video Conferencing to Your Current Calendar

12. On the Congratulations page, click Finish.
When you next start Lotus Notes, your video conference will display as your
Welcome Page.
In order to add the VideoMeeting template to your current calendar database, you must
have at least Designer access to the database (Editor is the default for normal users).
If you do not have at least Designer access, please contact your administrator.
Someone with Manager access (your administrator) can perform the following steps to
change your access.
To add Video Conferencing to your current Calendar database
1. Once you have permissions set up correctly, open Lotus Notes.
2. Open your mail/calendar database.
3. Choose File > Database > Replace
4. Select where the VideoMeeting Template resides (Local for client installs, your
server name for server-side installs).
