Replacing a User's Mail and Calendar Database Design with the VideoMeeting

You can either use the "Replace Design" feature, or change the database properties.
To use the Replace Design feature
1. Open the mail database, using either Designer or Administrator.
Using Designer
a. Open Designer (as a user with 'Manager' or 'Designer' access).
b. Choose File > Database >
c. Under Server, select your server.
d. Go to the mail directory (near the bottom).
e. Choose
by username
f. Click Open.
Using Administrator
a. Open Administrator.
b. Choose your domain tab.
c. Click the Files
d. Go to the mail directory, by selecting it on the left.
e. Double click on a user's mail database.
2. Choose File > Database > Replace
3. Under Server, select your server.
4. Click Show Advanced
5. Select the Polycom ReadiManager LX100 template (VideoMeeting).
6. Click Replace.
7. When asked to confirm, click Yes.
To use Database properties
1. Open Administrator.
2. Choose your domain tab.
3. Click the Files tab.
4. Go to the mail directory.
5. Right-click the user's mail database and choose
6. Click the Design tab (looks like a T-Square).
7. Make sure Inherit design from master template
