-> Fig.1 Loosening and tightening hexagon nut
- Tightening torque 25 Nm.
Notes:
◆ Use commercially available pin-type face spanner.
◆ Self-locking - replace.
-> Fig.2 Detaching clutch plate
Note:
If clutch disc has seized up, use two screwdrivers -A- to carefully prise it off.
-> Fig.3 Detaching pulley
- Insert two-arm puller -A- at shoulder -B- and detach pulley.
Notes:
◆ Ensure proper seating of puller at shoulder -B- to prevent damage to pulley when detaching.
◆ Clean contact surface before installation.
◆ If necessary, carefully drive in pulley with suitable driver and a plastic-headed hammer (via the bearing inner
race).
