Cause
There is remaining print data.
An error occurred in the mounted heads.
The media is not wide or long enough for
printing.
An error occurred with the main PCB
FROM.
• Temporarily turn off the main power supply, and then turn it on again.
If the message appears again, check the number and contact your dealer, or our sales
office or call center. ("000" represents the error number.)
• Perform cleaning around the wiper.
• Temporarily turn off the main power supply, and then turn it on again.

• Clear the data ( P.2-12).
• Temporarily turn off the main power supply,
and then turn it on again.
If the message appears again, contact your

• Switch to media that is wide or long enough.
• If media width has narrowed because you
have moved the origin, move the origin to
the right to widen the effective media width.
• Temporarily turn off the main power supply,
and then turn it on again.
