General troubleshooting

Remedy
Apply the correct supply voltage

configuration.
2. Observe limit values specified in
the "Technical Data".
Remedy
Set the write protection switch on
the main electronics module to the
OFF position →  78.
Install the communication resistor
(250 Ω) correctly. Observe the
maximum load .
Observe the documentation for the
Commubox.


the IT manager.

check whether the Web server of
the measuring device is enabled
