12.5.1.12 Crossover Editing – Advanced Routing View
In Advanced Routing View, each "way" of the multi-way crossover is created and displayed individually. Fig-
ure 12.5.5 shows the crossover's edit screen. You can access all 12 bands of the Output Processor here.

Note: The MUTE, INV, and GAIN shown in the crossover are the same controls found at the end of each out-
put leg. They are duplicated here for convenience.
CAUTION: If you are using the crossover as the primary crossover in a multi-way multi-amplified system, it
is dangerous to bypass the crossover filtering to any transducer that is not a cone speaker; i.e., compression
drivers. Compression drivers presented with full-range signals have very short lifetimes. Therefore, you will
always be presented with a confirmation dialog when disabling crossovers.

Selects a band (1 of 12) for editing in the Selected Band Edit area. The last four
buttons selected are lit in the Band View Selection and the X-OVER buttons
across the top. The color will match the color of the curve being edited.
Select four bands for viewing in the graph area. These buttons also reflect in the
four X-OVER buttons across the top. The color will match the color of the curve on
the display. The Band Edit Selection is always one of the four buttons illuminated.
