When BUS VOLTS drops below 23.0 the bleed air valve
will fail to the open position. Rotate the TEMP control
knob counterclockwise as necessary to control cabin
temperature.

With AVIONICS No. 2 switch in the OFF position, the
dynamic redline will become fixed at 2397 FT-LB regardless
of temperature or altitude changes. The cruise torque bug
will become inoperative and will not be shown on the EIS
torque indicator.
