Front Bearing Carrier Installation - Polaris RZR PRO XP 2020 Service Manual

FRONT BEARING CARRIER
INSTALLATION
1. Install drive shaft axle through the backside of the
bearing carrier.
2. Install the upper and lower ball joint ends into the
front bearing carrier.

3. Install pinch bolts and nuts. Torque to specification.
TORQUE
Ball Joint Pinch Bolts:
44 ft-lbs (60 Nm)
4. Apply Anti-Seize to drive shaft axle splines.
5. Install front wheel hub assembly
and hand tighten the castle nut. Install washers with
domed side out.

6. Install new brake caliper mounting bolts and torque to
specification.
New bolts have a pre-applied locking agent which is
destroyed upon removal. Always use new brake caliper
7. Install the steering tie rod end
bearing carrier.

8. Torque the tie rod end fastener
FINAL DRIVE
TORQUE
Front Caliper Mounting Bolts:
33 ft-lbs (45 Nm)
CAUTION
mounting bolts upon assembly.

30 ft-lbs (40 Nm) + 90°
