This network parameter is enabled by cycling the power or software reset after setting.
When this network parameter is set to "1" (USB only), the user authentication parameter cannot be rewritten via the
parameter automatic setting.

Set the user name in accordance with the following restrictions. If a blank (0 character) user name is set, that account will be
disabled.

may be disabled. Ensure that no duplicate user names are set.
