6-3-7. Troubleshooting

This section describes the troubleshooting in which the
self-diagnosis function of the GY-2120 is used.
Confirm that the host computer connected before this
troubleshooting is performed is not influenced in a system.
a) When the DIAG hole on the front panel of the
main unit is used
1. DIAG activation
Press the DIAG hole on the front panel continuously
for about two seconds.
The COMP indicator blinks when DIAG is activated.
2. DIAG menu selection
Press the UNLOAD button on the front panel to select
the desired DIAG No.
(For more details of the DIAG No., refer to the next
page.)
3. DIAG execution
Press the RECOVER hole on the front panel.

For the DIAG operation that is terminated with the
serial No. display state displayed, press the
RECOVER hole to display the DIAG normal
termination screen after the contents of the display are
confirmed.
4. DIAG termination
Press the DIAG hole on the front panel continuously
for about two seconds.
