6-2. Description of Commands
RF01
PB All Adjust (RF adjustment command)
Function: Adjusts RF PB block automatically and continuously.
Operation: (1) Enter command.
Examples:
. When the adjustment succeeds

After the title, the following message is then displayed on the screen.
Set YR5-1 (Alignment Tape)
Are you ready (y/n/else=Eject)?
* To stop the execution of adjustment, press the N key.
* To eject of cassette tape, press a key except Y and N.
(2) Insert alignment tape YR5-1 into this unit.
* Do not use tapes other than YR5-1. It is impossible to perform this adjustment properly in this case.
* To move the tape address during adjustment start, use the control software of GY-2120. (Refer to Section 1-
10.)
(3) Press the Y key to initiate adjustment. Each item during adjustment is displayed
sequentially.
* Press the Y key without inserting a tape to display the message again.
* Message "# Adjust Incomplete (Tape end detected) #" is displayed on the screen, rewind the tape to tape top,
then readjust.
(4) Message "ALL Adjust Complete" is displayed on the screen when the adjustment
succeeds.
Message "# Adjust Incomplete #" is displayed on the screen when the adjustment fails.
(5) To save adjustment data in an NV-RAM (Non-volatile RAM), execute command RF07
(RF NV-RAM Save).
* After other RF adjustment, RF adjustment data can be collectively saved in an NV-RAM.
To return the adjustment data to the state before adjustment, execute command RF08 (RF NV-RAM Load).
* All other RF adjustment data that has not been saved in the NV-RAM is also returned when command RF07 is
executed.
. When the adjustment fails
(Example: PB Level Adjust fails.)
