7.1
PROSOFT TECHNOLOGY END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an
individual or a single entity) and ProSoft Technology. Please read this Agreement carefully
before you install the software. By installing or otherwise using the software, you accept the
terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy,
or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE COPYRIGHT PRODUCT LICENSE
This software program (the "Software") is owned (or governed) by ProSoft Technology (and
is under distribution agreement with partner software development company). Copyright
laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties protect the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not
sold.
7.3
GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you the following non-exclusive rights:

You may install and use the enclosed SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your computer to
design, develop, and test configuration files for use with the ProSoft Technology
products.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
except and only to the extent that applicable law notwithstanding this limitation expressly
permits such activity.

You may not sell, rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

You may freely distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT under this EULA, provided you
transfer all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including all component parts, the media and
printed materials, any upgrades and this EULA), and the recipient agrees to the terms of
this EULA. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade, any transfer must include all
prior versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
