Obtaining site plans
Obtain two site plans or maps with dimensions marked.
Use one working copy to identify critical points, cell centers, and cell boundaries. Use
one clean copy to attach to the site provisioning record for the installer, customer, or
maintenance.

Gather the following information and enter it into the work order.
