E: From underneath the tunnel place 1 Swing Bracket on each end of the (6036) Tire Joist. Pre-drill holes using
a 1/8" drill bit and connect to the structures using 2 (WL3) 1/4 x 1-3/8" Wafer Lags (with flat washers) per side.
