Sterile Camera Handle Sleeve

Purpose The Sterile Camera Handle Sleeve is placed on the camera handle to enable intraoperative cam-
era positioning without compromising the sterile field.

Do not use the Sterile Camera Handle Sleeve if packaging has been broken.
Verify prior to opening that the expiration date on the sterile packaging has not lapsed.
If the product has expired, dispose of it immediately.
The Sterile Camera Handle Sleeve is delivered sterile. If the sleeve comes in contact
with an unsterile environment during unpacking or use, dispose of it immediately.
Do not use the Sterile Camera Handle Sleeve if it rips or becomes damaged during
mounting.
1. Have a second person open and peel back packaging.
2. Remove Sterile Camera Handle Sleeve from packaging.
