1. Check that the docking pedal has popped up and is visible
2. Carefully pull one cart to ensure that the two carts move together.
3. If the above steps indicate that the carts are not securely docked, push down on the
docking release pedal so that it is in "undocked" position
4. Re-dock the carts.

2. Pull Camera Cart away from Monitor Cart.
