2-4. Film Threading
This unit is designed so that the film cannot be driven unless the front door is closed due to the danger of
touching the film driven with the hand, etc.
For this reason, stop running when removing the film, and open the front door after standby off.
m
. Do not open the front door during film running.
If opened, film running will stop instantaneously.
. Never give shocks to the main unit FVS-1000 during film running. Or picture-shifting may occur.
. For the FVS-1000, as the file is run by gearing the perforations of the film with the teeth of the sprock-
et, if the film has been spliced, be sure to open a perforation which suits the standard of the film.
If there is not perforation, the film may be cut during running.
. Be sure to perform STANDBY ON or STANDBY OFF operations at the start or end of film winding.
