5. Adjusting the air pressure
(1) Supply the external air.

(2) Lift up the knob of the regulator, and release the lock.
(3) While pressing the red button on the electromagnetic
valve, rotate the knob of the regulator, and adjust the
needle of the pressure gauge to the following specified
value.
Specifications: 0.1 Mpa (1 kgf/cm
(4) Release the red button of the electromagnetic valve.
Push in the knob on the regulator and lock.
(5) Stop the external air supply.
6. Installing the air filter cover
Install the air filter cover with four screws.

Make sure the harness of the air blower assembly does not
get caught inside.

3-3-11. Replacing the Laser Source Unit

Preparations
1. Put the unit into STANDBY OFF mode.
2. Turn off the AC power supply which supplies the
power to the FVS-1000.

To prevent an electric shock, be sure to turn off the
power of the AC power supply that supplies the power
to the FVS-1000 before removing.
Removal
1. Removing the audio cover
(1) Pull down the move panel assembly.
(2) Loosen the setscrew of the handle, and remove the
handle.
(3) Remove the two screws, and remove the audio cover.

2. Removing the S electrode of ionizer
Remove the two screws, and remove the S electrode of
ionizer from the S guide bracket.
(It is not necessary to remove this part for the serial
number 10701 and later.)
3. Removing the FTP panel B
Remove the FTP panel B. (Refer to Section 2-7-4.)
4. Disconnecting the harness
Disconnect the harness connector from CN6 on the PRE-
46 board.
