6-7. Processor Adjustment (Including BKFV-200)
6-7-4. TX-67 Board Adjustment
Measuring instruments: Oscilloscope
Frequency counter
Tool:
Extension board EX-670
(For rear board)
Preparations
1. Pull out the TX-67 board using the extension board
EX-670 (for rear board).
2. Connect the frequency counter to CH-2 OUT of the
oscilloscope.
3. Set the switches on DSP-81 board as follows.
S1700 (Dip switch):
S1701 (Rotary switch): 0
Note:
Start the adjustment after more than 10 minutes from
power ON.
Adjustment
1. Connect the oscilloscope to MONITOR 1 OUT/TX-
67, and adjust so that the specification is satisfied.
2. In the same way, connect the oscilloscope to MONI-
TOR 2 OUT/TX-67, and adjust so that the specifica-
tion is satisfied.
Measuring Point
Specification
MONITOR 1 OUT/TX-67 A = 1.00 ±0.05 V pp RV602/TX-67 (F-5)
MONITOR 2 OUT/TX-67 A = 1.00 ±0.05 V pp RV502/TX-67 (G-5)

3. Turn OFF S1100/TX-67 (H-5).
4. Connect CH-2 of the oscilloscope to the following
TPs, and with the S1101/TX-67 (H-5), adjust each RV
so that the following specifications are satisfied.
Connect GND to E2/TX-67 (E-4).
Measuring Point
TP701/TX-67 (B-6)
TP801/TX-67 (B-6)
TP901/TX-67 (C-6)
TP602/TX-67 (D-6)
TP500/TX-67 (E-6)
5. Turn ON S1100/TX-67 (H-5).
6. Connect CH-2 of the oscilloscope to the following
TPs, and with the S1101/TX-67 (H-5), adjust each RV
so that the following specifications are satisfied.
Connect GND to E2/TX-67 (E-4).
Measuring Point
TP701/TX-67 (B-6)
TP801/TX-67 (B-6)
TP901/TX-67 (C-6)
TP602/TX-67 (D-6)
TP500/TX-67 (E-6)
7. After completing adjustments, turn OFF the S1100/
TX-67 (H-5).
Return the switches on DSP-81 board back to the
original setting.
