3. Check and Adjustment of the Glass Motors
and Feedback Sensors
(This adjustment is needed when OPS motors check was
NG)
A. In this section you will check the glass physically
moves to the correct angle of deflection. From the PC
type "adjust". See below, the OPS CPU responds with
an "Address : Data Value".
<PC screen>
adjust
040F0000 : 00000000-
Then change the data value to "00000011", this is by
typing the data value that is desired. When the 8 digit
hex value has been entered the system will automati-
cally scroll to a new line showing the current data
value.
<PC screen>
adjust
040F0000:00000000-00000011
040F0000:00000011
n
If you type return or enter the value is left at the last setting
and the program exits that routine. Type "adjust" to get
back into that test routine.
Verify as the data value is changed, look at the glass plates
located in the OPS to verify the glass movement (See
Table 4.)

B. In this section you will check the feedback signal from
the glass movement sensors.
Connect scope probe to SV186 TP301 (Vertical glass
movement) and TP311 (Horizontal glass movement).
Type "adjust" on the PC hyper terminal. Change the
data value as in the previous step between the
"00000011" and "00000012" or "00000013" and
"00000014". Verify the vertical sensors output voltage
meets the specifications as table below.
