Height adjustment of GR4, GR5 adjustment
(4) Remove the gate base assembly. (Refer to Section 3-2-1.)
(5) Install the 35GR reference base assembly. (Refer to Section 4-7.)
(6) While pressing the 35GR height gauge gently against the 35GR reference base assembly, move it in
the arrow direction, and check that the top surface of the 35GR height gauge touches the upper flange
film support of the guide roller. If it is not touching, loosen the setscrew on the guide roller.
Adjust the height by turning the bearing retainer so that the upper flange film support of the guide
roller touches the top surface of the 35GR height gauge, and tighten the setscrew on top of the guide
roller.
After tightening the setscrew, recheck the height.

(7) Remove the reference base assembly.
(8) Remove the 35GR reference base assembly.
(9) Assemble the gate bass assembly. (Refer to Section 3-2-1.)
(10)Install the FTP panel F. (Refer to Section 2-7-4.)
