(3) Move the tension arm to the threading end
position by pushing the shaft portion of the
ring lift arm to the arrow direction using the
flatblade screw drive as shown in the figure.
(Move the tension arm by hand near the
threading end position.)
(4) Move the tension arm by hand to the arrow A
direction and attach the tension regulator
adjustment tool (positioning shaft) in the hole
shown in the figure.
(5) Return the tension regulator arm slowly to the
arrow B direction and contact it with posi-
tioning shaft.
(6) Put the 35GR height gauge on the reference
base assembly, and check the guide roller
height in the direction shown in the figure
while pressing the height gauge gently
against the reference base assembly.

Be very careful not to make damage to the
sprocket or the roller with the gauge at the
time of the height check.
Specifications:
Contact the lower surface of the 35GR height
gauge with the film support portion on the
lower flange of the guide roller.
If not to meet the specification, perform step
7 and later.
(7) Loosen the setscrew of the bearing retainer at
the upper portion of the guide roller, and
rotate the bearing retainer to meet the specifi-
cation.
(8) After tightening the setscrew, recheck the
height to meet the specification.
(9) Remove the gauge.
