6-6. Lamp House Adjustment

Note: In the following, [ENTER] means the ENTER key.
1. Secure the gate base and integrating sphere for 35 mm
to the lamp house and turn ON the power of the FTP.
(Lamp turns ON)

When adjust the procedure 8. , perform warm-up
running for 10 minutes over after the lamp turns ON.
2. Wait for the hyper terminal window to display
"READY".
3. Set the timer mode.
Select "timer" on the PC and press [ENTER].
4. Set all four parameters on the lamp control to [FFFF].
Display menu 02 on the control panel, and control
knob of "MASTER", 'RED", "GREEN" and "BLUE".
5. Pre-adjust RV401, RV431 and RV461 of the LC-35
board.
(1) Connect the oscilloscope to the following check
points, and adjust the offset RV.

6. Adjust the R (gain), G (gain) and B (gain) of the inte-
grating sphere so that the center position of the gain is in
the electrical center of the RV(Shown in "C" of the
figure).

Each RV of the R (gain), G (gain) and B (gain) is a
360-degree rotation type and without stopper.
(1) Connect the oscilloscope to the following check
points, and adjust the corresponding RV while watch-
ing the level of higher value.

IC403-14pin/LC-35
IC433-14pin/LC-35
IC463-14pin/LC-35
(2) Locate the point "A" as shown in the figure so that the
level of higher value changes from maximum to
minimum.
(3) Rotate the RV to 180 degrees from the point "A"
shown in the figure.
This location is the point "C" shown in the figure, this
