4. Installing the F guide roller
(1) Install the F guide roller so that the largest diameter of
the guide is positioned down.
(2) Install the sprocket. (Refer to step 3.)
(3) Tighten the F-GR flange to the shaft tentatively.

After installation, be sure to perform the F guide roller
height check of step 6.
5. Checking the sprocket height

Perform this height check for the following serial numbers
of the FVS-1000. 10004, 10101, 10202, 10302, 10303,
10404 and later.
(1) Remove the gate base assembly. (Refer to Section 3-2-1.)
(2) Install the SP reference base assembly as shown in the
figure.

(3) Contact the SP height gauge with the flange of the
sprocket from the arrow direction.
Confirm the height of the sprocket meets the following
specifications.
Specifications:
A portion of the SP height gauge should pass
through the flange of the sprocket.
B portion of the SP height gauge should not
pass through the flange of the sprocket.
If not to meet the specifications, adjust the height so that
the height satisfies the specifications by increasing or
decreasing the spacers between the sprocket and motor.

(4) Remove the hexagonal screw once. Apply the locking
compound to the screw, and tighten it.
Tightening torque: 1.4 N.m (13.7 kgf.cm)
