Configuring PIN Code

Enter the PIN set for the printer (already confirmed).
Operating Procedure Start the procedure from the <Setting> - <Communication setup> screen.

Use [] or [] to move the cursor to "Printer PIN code", and then press the [Confirmation] key.
• The initial value of the PIN code is "0000".

 and  are displayed above and below the PIN. Use [] or [] to specify a value. Use [] or []
to move between digits.
• The personal identification number (PIN) should consist of between four and eight numbers (0 to 9).

After inputting the value, move the cursor to [OK] and press the [Confirmation] key.
The printer will be connectable as an I/O device for the instrument, and the display will return to the
<Communication setup> screen.
If [ESC] is pressed during configuration, or if the cursor is moved to "Cancel" and the [Confirmation] key is pressed,

the settings will not be changed, and the screen will return to the <Communication setup> screen.
