Timer Mode Register B1 (TMB1)

TMB1 is an 8-bit read/write register for selecting the auto-reload function and input clock.
Upon reset, TMB1 is initialized to H'78.
Bit 7    Auto-Reload Function Select (TMB17): Bit 7 selects whether timer B1 is used as an
interval timer or auto-reload timer.

1 Auto-reload function selected
Bits 6 to 3    Reserved Bits: Bits 6 to 3 are reserved; they are always read as 1, and cannot be
modified.
